The City of arlington has approved mixed-use developer Trademark Property Company’s (Trademark) request to rezone Lincoln Square, a 45-acre shopping center, as a mixed-use venture. Trademark says it plans to “redevelop the dated center into a walkable and upscale mix of uses, including office, retail, hotel, entertainment and residential.”
Lincoln Square is located between dallas and Fort Worth and just a few hundred feet from the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys stadiums. The new center will be called Anthem. Demolition will begin in Q2 2025.
Trademark anticipates that approximately 229,000 square feet of the shopping center will be demolished, 243,000 square feet of legacy space will remain, and 65,000 square feet will undergo renovations.
When completed, the initial phase of Anthem will feature approximately 152,000 square feet of new retail and restaurants, 125,000 square feet of modern office and co-working space, up to 200-key hotel and 355 apartments built.
