The partnership between Shell and ACCI aims to provide 24/7 nationwide towing and minor roadside assistance exclusively for members of the Shell Go+ program.
Recognizing the unpredictable nature of road travel, the initiative underscores the importance of having reliable assistance during emergencies such as car breakdowns or accidents. Services include battery boosting, tire changes, fuel delivery, and towing, with end-to-end monitoring until the vehicle reaches a service center. Crane services for vehicle recovery are also available, extending assistance beyond typical roadside scenarios.
