Molto Properties (see photo) and Crow Holdings have recently broken ground on expansive industrial projects in grand prairie. Scannell Properties wants to join the party. The Construction Journal suggests the estimated project costs could top $170 million. The company may soon break ground on the project that consists of three buildings making up over 1 million square feet of space.
The developer expects the buildings to total 499,590 square feet, 293,436 square feet and 241,992 square feet. All three buildings should deliver by 2025.
Shady Grove Logistics Crossing was okayed by the Grand Prairie Planning and Zoning Commission Council late last year.
Scannell is no newcomer to the N. Texas industrial market. The company broke ground on a development called 820 Crossing in Haltom City that will be Class A, 335,004-square-foot warehouse.
The company also began work on a 700,000 square foot project in Fort Worth. The development, called West GSW Logistics Crossing, is located on East First Street and has an estimated cost of $49 million.
