Dallas police seek publics help in identifying suspects in fatal crash | North Texas

dallas, Texas — The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects and suspect vehicles involved in a fatal crash in the 100 block of N. Murdeaux Lane.

On June 8, 2024, at about 11:45 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a crash involving a pedestrian in the 100 block of N. Murdeaux Lane. The preliminary investigation determined the driver of an SUV was traveling westbound on 7400 Great Trinity Forest Way. As the driver was turning northbound onto 100 N. Murdeaux Lane, the driver hit a man who was in the roadway. The driver of a second vehicle that was traveling southbound on 100 N. Murdeaux Lane also hit the man while turning westbound onto Great Trinity Forest Way. Both drivers left the location without stopping to render aid. The man was taken to a local hospital where he died.

The man’s identity will be confirmed by the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office.

This investigation is ongoing and is documented on case numbers 088904-2024 and 089035-2024.
