The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a homicide happening in the city's Powderly neighborhood.Police say around 11 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a call of a tow truck parked in the driveway of a vacant home on Maple Avenue Southwest.After arriving at the scene, police say they found the victim lying on the ground near the truck with engine still running.
