Channahon Trustees Grant Special Use Allowing Towing Company To Expand Services | Local News
The Channahon Village Board on Monday approved a special use permit for Mighty’s towing & Recovery to expand their services on South Municipal Drive.
Channahon Mayor Missey Moorman Schumacher said the permit would allow the current tenants of Mighty’s Towing and its affiliate business Prime Truck and Trailer Repair, Inc. to expand the offered services to include dispatch and the towing of vehicles in and out of the property.

The towing company must follow several conditions of the special use, which includes: Auto salvage and storing of wrecked vehicles and trailers is prohibited. 3. Operation of an Illinois Commercial Vehicle Relocator’s License is prohibited and the site shall be maintained in a clean condition.
